The oldest part of this house was built in the 1840s. It's only been owned by two families. There are two side-by-side two-story apartments and an almost-apartment (no kitchen) with a private entrance. Main house is all hardwood flooring on main floor, wide pine floors upstairs. Apartment is wide pine throughout. Almost-apartment is carpeted. Large barns and weird silo. 1.4 acres of land with private views out the back and agricultural land across the street.
House is in the flight path of a small airport. It has failed Title V and is getting a full septic replacement which should be done in late October. House has some deferred maintenance but solid roof, foundation, and water system. All bathrooms and kitchens are fully functional.
