I have to admit that I like Dylan’s somewhat tongue-in-cheek homepage: http://dylanwilbanks.com/ which is something similar, and in both cases I think they capture the personality of the author.

I also have a homepage – that is badly in need of updating. Actually, my whole online persona needs updating…. But, quaint as it may be, I, too, like the whole homepage concept. Everything maybe be “blog based and designed” right now, but you know that will certainly change!

I like the new design! I love the blue, but have the tiniest bit of a hard time seeing the dark grey text on it (could just be my monitor).
