Hit 'Control-F7'. That turns on an accessibility feature that lets you use the Tab key to move through all the control elements in a dialog box. 2. Open up Spotlight search using the keyboard shortcut -- which by default is 'Cmd-Space'. 3. Type 'Trackpad' in the Spotlight search window. If necessary, use the down arrow to select the 'Trackpad' preference pane. Hit 'Return' to open it. 4. Hit 'Tab' until you get to the appropriate checkbox, and then hit 'Space' to activate it.
